Trus Real Estate can afford to provide many of the services of a traditional agent, and in most cases better service, all at a lower cost. The main reason for this is that our customers come to us. Traditional agents may spend 60% - 75% of their time looking for customers, whereas TRE customers sign up for our service via word-of-mouth and the Internet. We are also more productive because our agents remain in the office; we leave the office only for tours, offer presentations in presenting offers, inspections and appraisals. We do not deliver documents except by courier, fax, email or mail.
