• Amenities: we’ll help you get al the extras; paint, appliances, and other finishing touches not normally included in the deal.
• Commission refund: if you don’t work with Trust Real Estate, the builder or the on-site agent keeps the buyer’s commission. With Trust Real Estate, you get 50% of the commission back.
• Other incentives: builders sometimes offer incentives to buyers, sometimes to buyer’s agent. We’ll get you all the buyers’ incentives, and refund 50% of the agents’ incentives too.

Builders will often claim that all the homes in a development are nearly identical and that terms are not negotiable but each home is different: in its location, the time it has spent on the market, and usually its construction, so terms can vary, especially when different buyers may want different amenities upgraded or changed. Each development has its own rules surrounding buyers and agents. In general, most will ask you if you are working with an agent when you first visit; the developer may ask you to sign a guest book.
