We are an online Real Estate service, so we are not for everyone. If your property is occupied, your cooperation may be required. In most situations, when allowed we present offers in person, and visit the property for inspections and appraisals. In most cases, our agents work from the field. Contractors typically access the property during an inspection or after closing. We meet with clients in our offices or their homes, but primarily work with you via e-mail and facsimile.
